These classes are 2-hour explorations of fundamental elements of kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Each class is a complete kundalini yoga class, with practical and esoteric examinations of a particular topic. Kundalini Yoga is a seamless technology composed of many parts – with practice, the components work together to create profound healing and expanded consciousness.
Beginners will welcome being introduced to these fundamentals. The seasoned yogi will be illuminated with further knowledge on what is happening during practice.The truth is, each of these topics may be lifelong studies, unveiling its wisdom with time and commitment. We will begin with these five classes, with the intention that these topics will be revisited and expanded upon in the future. Other topics will be offered as well, since this knowledge is so vast and kundalini yoga is beyond even these five fundamental components.
